Northside Mediation Rooms and Services provides parties the ability to engage in a mediation process utilizing the assistance of a highly qualified mediator, with the aim to reach a mutually satisfactory outcome  in the comfortable environment of the mediation Rooms.

Michael Zande was admitted as a legal practitioner in 1982 and is a practicing solicitor of the High Court and Family Court of Australia and the Qld state court system. Michael is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, and an Accredited Specialist Family lawyer and has practiced extensively in Family, Estate Litigation and General Litigation.

Michael has had extensive experience as a legal practitioner considering all aspects of litigation in family law matters for married and defacto couples as well as Estate litigation for deceased estates. All of that experience drives a very good understanding of the benefits of allowing and encouraging people to resolve disputes through the mediation process avoiding or at least minimising the risk, stress, damage and cost of litigation.

Mediation Services can be conducted with or without the assistance of lawyers, in mediation rooms providing a Covid Safe environment conference facilities and break out rooms, or alternatively via zoom or telephone with virtual break out rooms.
